No Longer President Elect, Now PRESIDENT Obama!

I am very upset with Central Maine Power Company!


We lost power just as George W. Bush and the 44th
President, Barack Obama, were getting out of the limousine.


WHAT?! I immediately called Scott, as if he could do anything about it. Damn CMP!

On another note. How amazing would it be to be a teacher today! I can't imagine the classrooms! Hopefully at least in high school history classes (if not in all classes) there are TVs and computers tuned into CNN.

I am so glad the last 8 years are finally behind us.

Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever!

Scotty loves these and their the easiest cookies I have ever made!

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter

bake at 350F for 10 minutes (but keep a close eye on them).

The first time I baked these, the bottom burnt a little, so keep a close eye on these as they bake.

I have some in the oven right now!
